Enjoy delicious sourdough breads, pancakes and more starting with this very active sourdough starter! Comes in a glass mason jar.
8 oz/250 ml is enough to share with a friend or make several yummy loaves and several batches of delicious sourdough pancakes or other goodies. Not hard or time consuming to take care of at all. Use equal amounts of spring water and flour (1/2 cup of each in this case) to double in size. Whisk until smooth and watch the bubbles start!
Feed daily if baking a lot and just keep it in a covered bowl on the counter. Busy week? Busy month? No problem! Just keep it in the fridge in a sealed container and feed only once every 7 days until you are ready to use it. 8 oz in your own container! Yum!
