    The Cider Keg Farm Market at 1231 Hwy 24 East, south of Vittoria, offers seasonal produce and local food items. Cider Keg fresh apple cider, sparkling apple ciders and other products made by Uncle Tom's Farm Inc. are sold at the farm market, a tradition for over 30 years. Freshly baked pies, ice cream and many other goodies are also for sale.

    The farm market was founded in 1990 by farmer Tom Haskett and his wife Joan. Their dogged determination and goodwill made all aspects of the farm what they are today. In 2020, the property was purchased by Tom and Joan's daughter Tracy Haskett and her partner Clark Hoskin.

    "We are excited to build on the momentum created by our family over the past three decades," said Tracy. "We have many ideas about new products and services at the Cider Keg Farm Market, so stay tuned."

  • Where to Buy--Central Fire Crystals on Six Nations Reserve

    Central Fire Crystals, owned by Jordan Hill, is located at 7875 Indian Line, Six Nations just 20 minutes southeast of Brantford, 10 minutes east of Hagersville. Jordan has 5,000 square feet of amazing crystal and mineral specimens, crystal singing bowls, jewelry, tuning forks and much more! Including Mama Bear's Bounty's seeds and kits, as well as other heirloom vegetable seeds.

    Starting in the 1990's as a roadside produce wagon, Sam’s Place Farm Market has evolved over the years and is now located at 4665 Highway 24 in Scotland, about halfway between Simcoe & Brantford, roughly a 15 minute drive from either.

    They are a family run and seasonally operated on-farm farm market, providing top quality fresh fruits and vegetables, either grown on their own farm or sourced from the numerous local farms in Norfolk County. They also carry various imported produce products which are not grown locally so they can be your one-stop shop!

    In the greenhouse section ther is a large selection of beautiful plants, flowers and tropicals, continually changing throughout the season so you can always find something new.  In this section is also a great selection of garden and home décor – perfect for you or as a gift!

    Locally sourced baked goods, cheese and dairy products, preserves, frozen meats, treats, hand-made soaps, bath and body products, scooped ice cream, pantry items, and so much more!
